NICK PETERS
Managing Director
Nick joined Parallel49 Equity in 2002 and is based in Lake Forest. He is involved in all aspects of acquisitions, operations, and the investment, divestiture and management decisions of the firm.
Nick is Chairman of Questco, and is a board member of CPI Card Group (Nasdaq: PMTS), both current portfolio companies. Nick has served on the boards of former portfolio companies, including BFG Supply, Keyes Packaging Group, Comweb Group and MedTorque.
Prior to joining Parallel49 Equity, Nick was a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen where he consulted with a large number of private equity firms, as well as Fortune 500 companies, in transaction structuring, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Nick obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton in Ohio. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and the Chicago Association of Private Equity Executives.
